What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 menus — enough for a small dining room — with volume tiers that fall steeply on takeout runs, placemats and multi-site programmes.
How fast will my menus arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished menus ship in about 2 weeks, with short-run reprints far faster. Where an opening date is fixed we put the ship date in writing and tell you the artwork cut-off.
What should my menu be printed on?
Whatever its reprint cycle deserves. A daily menu belongs on honest one-service stock; a season menu earns a hard-wearing wipeable build. We quote from the cadence, because overbuilding a daily menu and underbuilding a seasonal one are the two standard ways menus waste money.
Why do you insist on type sizes?
Menus are read in dim rooms by every age of eye, and half the room did not bring reading glasses. We hold minimum sizes and contrast, and when a list is too long to set legibly we say so — the honest fix is sometimes a shorter menu.
Do you handle both dine-in and takeout menus?
Yes, as the opposite products they are. The table menu is a tool built to survive hands; the takeout menu is advertising built to leave the building by the thousand. Printing both on one spec overpays for one and underbuilds the other.
Can menus change mid-season?
Cheaply, if the programme is set up for it: held files, locked templates and short correction runs. A typo or a supplier change should cost a small reprint, not a design project.
Should we switch to QR menus?
Add them if they suit the room; do not replace print with them. A QR code is a supplement — part of every dining room will never scan one — and we will say that plainly even though we happily print the QR table cards too.
