The menu is the most-read page your business will ever publish.
Customized Restaurant Menus prints menu programmes in bulk — dine-in menus, daily and specials sheets, takeout folds, placemat and kids’ menus, bar and dessert cards, and multi-site programmes.

Every guest reads the menu. No advert, website or sign your business ever runs will match that readership.
And yet menus get bought as generic print: a PDF, a paper choice made from a swatch, a quantity. Nobody asks how dim the room is, how often the kitchen changes the list, or whether the thing needs to survive a season of strangers’ hands or one single service.
We ask exactly those questions, because they are the whole specification.
Why we exist
Menus fail in the same ways everywhere: type nobody over forty can read at dinner lighting, daily menus laminated into absurd permanence, season menus printed on stock that dies in a fortnight, and takeout menus priced so high nobody dares give them away.
None of those are printing failures. They are specification failures, decided before the file ever reached a press — which is where we do our work.
Priced by the reprint cycle
A menu that changes daily, one that changes seasonally and one that never changes are three different products. The cadence decides the stock, the finish and the economics.
One-service sheets for rooms that reprint every morning. Hard-wearing, wipeable builds for menus that must survive a season. And a quote that starts from ‘how often does it change?’ — because overbuilding a daily menu and underbuilding a seasonal one are the two standard ways menus waste money.
Set for the dark
Dining rooms are dim on purpose, and half of every room did not bring reading glasses. So legibility is a specification we hold: minimum type sizes, real contrast, and proofs read at arm’s length under something dimmer than an office light.
When a list is too long to set legibly, we say so. Sometimes the honest fix is a shorter menu, and restaurants that take that advice usually sell more, not less.
A tool and an advert are different products
The dine-in menu is a tool: built for hands, wiping and repeated service. The takeout menu is an advert: built to leave the building by the thousand and live on a fridge door.
Printing both to one specification overpays for the advert and underbuilds the tool. We split them on every quote, and the takeout side is priced so that giving one to every customer is an easy decision.
Programmes make change cheap
The expensive part of changing a menu is not the printing; it is every decision that has to be re-made. So programmes hold the files, lock the typography in templates, and version every site’s menu.
A seasonal change becomes an edit and an approval. A mid-season correction becomes a small fast run. And no menu ever has to be rebuilt from a departed designer’s backup again.
Honest about QR codes
A QR code on the table is a supplement, not a menu. Part of every dining room will never scan one, and handing those guests nothing is not a strategy.
We print QR table cards happily — alongside a printed menu, never instead of one, and we will say that plainly even when it costs us nothing to stay quiet.
How we price
No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with the format, the stock, the cadence and the quantity, and it falls steeply on takeout runs, placemats and multi-site programmes. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one.
What we will talk you out of
Laminating a daily menu. Grey ink on cream card. Seven-point type in a candlelit room. A takeout menu too expensive to give away. And replacing print with a QR code.
Every one of those costs us money to say and saves you a menu that fails.
